Pre-Assessment Phase
The Pre-Assessment Phase is the initial stage in the assessment lifecycle, designed to ensure candidates are properly registered, scheduled, and ready to take their examinations. This phase ensures a smooth and organized onboarding experience for candidates by providing structured processes and flexibility before the actual assessment begins
This is the first step where candidates enroll for the assessment. During registration, essential details such as personal information, contact details, and exam preferences are captured. This ensures that candidates are officially recognized in the system and eligible to participate in the assessment.
Once registered, candidates can select a suitable date, time, and available test center or online slot for their exam. The scheduling process allows candidates to choose options that best fit their availability, ensuring convenience and proper planning.
The system provides flexibility for candidates to modify their previously selected exam schedule if needed. Rescheduling enables them to change the exam date or time based on unforeseen circumstances, subject to predefined policies, timelines, and availability of slots.
Candidates also have the option to cancel their scheduled exam if they are unable to attend. The cancellation process may include applicable rules regarding deadlines, refund policies, or reattempt eligibility, depending on the assessment guidelines.
Candidates can request for pre-approved Accomodations from the Proctor prior to the exam.
