Cancel Exam
The Cancel Exam option allows users to withdraw from a scheduled exam before it begins. Before cancellation, the system displays a warning: “Rescheduling now will incur a fee. Cancelling now will forfeit your voucher.” If you cancel the exam, you may lose the exam voucher or payment used to book the exam and the cancellation may not be refundable, depending on timing.
To cancel the exam, click on the Cancel Exam button.
When you click Cancel Exam, a confirmation dialog appears titled Cancel Proctored Exam as shown below,
This pop-up includes:

Student details (name/email)
-
Course name
-
Duration (e.g., 120 minutes)
-
Exam date
-
Start time (with timezone)
A cancellation warning message will be displayed inside popup
“Warning: Cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time will forfeit your exam voucher.”
If the cancellation is done within 24 hours of the exam start time, the exam voucher is forfeited (lost).
Click on the Close button to cancels the action and returns to the dashboard. To proceed with cancelling the exam, click on the Cancel Exam button to confirms the cancellation of the exam.
After successful cancellation, a confirmation message appears: Success: Your exam reservation has been canceled. Your voucher has been redeemed as shown below.
