Code of Conduct for Online Assessment

1. Can I read the questions aloud?

No, you must not read aloud your questions or answers, nor engage in conversation with colleagues during the assessment.

2. Can I move around my assessment space during the assessment?

No, you must remain in your designated assessment space throughout the duration of the assessment.

3. Can I allow another person to enter the assessment space?

No, you must not allow any other person to enter the assessment space during the assessment.

4. How do I raise a ticket and request in-person assistance?

Click on the Ticket tab to raise a ticket for any issue encountered. You can also track the status of your ticket.

5. How do I connect with the proctor for assistance?

Click on the Connect to Proctor button to initiate a text chat with the proctor for support.

6. When can I start my assessment?

You may begin the pre-checks up to 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. These pre-checks are not counted as part of the assessment. The actual assessment can be started up to 5 minutes before the scheduled time, during which the checks will be recorded and shared with the proctor.

7. What if my ID is not matched by the AI?

If your ID is not matched, you will receive a “Not Matched” status. The proctor can manually review and approve your ID before you proceed with the assessment.

8. Can I start the assessment without a matched ID and headshot?

No, you cannot start the assessment directly if your ID and headshot are not matched. You will receive a “Not Matched” status, and the proctor must review and approve before you can proceed.

9. What additional software is required before starting the assessment?

You must install the Process Tracker application prior to the assessment. Additionally, install the required RDP tools as advised by the Salesforce team.
