Using the Process Tracker During Assessments

Before starting your assessment, you must download and install the Process Tracker application from the dashboard. This tool runs in the background and monitors for any unpermitted applications that should not be open during the assessment.

Key Guidelines

Download and Install: Ensure the Process Tracker is installed and running before beginning the assessment.
Monitoring: The Process Tracker will automatically detect any unpermitted applications.
Action Required: If an unpermitted application is detected:
1. Open Task Manager.
2. Locate the unpermitted application.
3. End the Task for that application.

Repeat if Necessary: If you open any unpermitted applications during the assessment, you must repeat the above steps to close them before continuing.

How to close applications from Task manager?

Open Task manager by pushing CTRL+ALT+DEL or CTRL+SHIFT+ESC
Search for the applications listed within Unpermitted Application section. (Ex. Snipping Tool)
Right click on the process for having the options to end the task.
Click on ‘End Task’.
Repeat the same step for all the process until it displays 0 within the unpermitted section.
Once all the unpermitted applications are closed, you will be displayed with Next button to proceed with Photo ID capture.

Steps to follow

Right hand side list the applications running and also unpermitted applications. The number in the red section represents the total number of applications which are marked as unpermitted and is not safe for online assessments.

You will not be allowed to move to the next section until all unpermitted applications are closed from your system. To close the applications, open Task manager by pushing CTRL+ALT+DELETE or CTRL+SHIFT+ESC.

Search for the application which you want to end the task

Right click on the application to view the options to perform actions

Click on End Task to end the applications.

Repeat this step to end all unpermitted applications.

After all unpermitted applications are closed, you will be displayed with 0 within the process tracker section.

You will be allowed to navigate to next step for capturing the Photo ID and headshot.
